Hotel Nikko Saigon Ho Chi Minh City

I had a fantastic stay at Nikko Saigon. The spacious and modern rooms on the 16th floor offered amazing views. The buffet breakfast was divine, and I couldn't resist indulging in the seafood buffet. The staff was attentive and were really nice too ensure my comfort. The hotel will be my top choice for future visits.

The price for the Executive Club rooms was affordable, exceeding my expectations. The room was comfortable and the staff were helpful. The shuttle bus service was excellent, as were the small gestures like the complimentary anniversary cake. The location made it easy to access different districts. a satisfying stay for two nights.

I had an very nice experience staying at Nikko. The staff were really good too ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were polite, helpful, and even checked my taxi to make sure I didn't leave anything behind. The facilities were great, with a beautiful room and fine views of the city. The bathroom was cleverly designed and the big bath was a treat. The hotel had great services like a pool, spa, gym, and restaurant.

Located in the center of town, this hotel is just a short distance to La Brasserie restaurant, famous attractions, and the bustling Ben Thanh area. The rooms are spacious with modern decor and small touches, like turndown service and organized shoes. The breakfast offers a variety of dishes, including local specialties that change frequently. The staff is well-trained and provides exceptional service. The Nikko Club Lounge on the 23rd floor offers stunning views and first-class service, making it worth the extra cost.

Some guests mentioned a desire for a portable massage machine in the room.

We had a fantastic stay in a hotel in a convenient location, very close to a nice shopping center. It was enjoyable to see the sights in the city center, easily accessible by taxi or grab. The room was well-sized and elegantly designed with a chic finish, providing us with a comfortable space for our family of four. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the hotel staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes, including delicious Vietnamese coffee and fresh young coconuts. We also loved the large open-air swimming pool and the well-equipped gym with great views. the hotel provided us with a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

We did experience some disappointment with the mechanical and tired staff in the dining area, who seemed to lack enthusiasm and friendliness.

We had an exceptional stay at this luxurious 5-star hotel. the exclusive amenities provided were exactly what we needed for a relaxing vacation. the service from the staff was impeccable, making us feel like royalty. the spa and wellness centre, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool were a highlight, providing us with the ultimate relaxation we were looking for. the poolside snack bar and restaurant were delicious, with special diet menus available upon request.

The only minor issue we encountered was the location, as it was not as central as we would have liked. this was quickly forgotten with all the amazing features the hotel had to offer.

The service provided by the hotel staff was excellent, they were always friendly. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and fast. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great layout. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from including Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese. I especially enjoyed the made-to-order choices like eggs cooked to your preference and delicious waffles and crepes.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with spick and span rooms and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spa-like bathroom with a soaker tub and the relaxing pool. The location was convenient, not far from the attractions which just took us several minutes by taxi. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and the wifi signals were strong throughout the hotel.

This magnificent venue offered exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our luxurious needs. the comfortable beds and quality furniture in our room made us feel like royalty. The outdoor swimming pool was a great area for relaxing and having a cocktail, and the buffet breakfast was equally impressive. Cons: the service was good, but we had a minor issue with the staff's attentiveness in the restaurant.

Sanctuary of perfection. Club floor with heavenly lounge, impeccable food and service. Tidy, organized room with comfy bed and freestanding tub. Soft palette and calm interior. Perfect for business travel. Flights changed, but helpful staff offered alternative accommodations. No negative aspects.
